Eco Policy
We endeavour to be thoughtful of the environment in all aspects of our lives. We recycle as much as we can and have our own compost heap and vegetable garden. We try to buy local, organic and fair-trade produce and we are applying environmentally friendly techniques to our new dining room and bedrooms, including a ground source heat pump for our heat and hot water, and woodburners.
We try to conserve energy with energy saving light bulbs and efficient use of heating and hot water, whilst maintaining the highest levels of comfort for our guests.
