Cancellation Policy
We wish to promote the best possible relationship with our guests, however experience has led us to introduce the following cancellation policies.
- Please notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours before the start of your stay. Every effort will be made to re-let the room/s, however if we are unable to re-let, we will charge you for the rooms & meals booked.
- No shows will result in the total booking value being charged to your card. We advise you to have travel insurance in place for the period you are due to stay with us, incase you can't make it at the last minute.
